I haven't looked at the impact of adding MacSil to 41x, just 42x. My initial gut feeling is that we push out the next 41x "as is" but save MacSil for 42x. As noted, the apple arm64 additions change the oldest supported macOS version to Big Sur, which is not something we should do to 41x users :-)
