I have blocked today again some abusers.
Please keep reporting if forums have an outtage. I will from now on
investigate to and help to keep the forums working.

The forums and wiki are always slow or unresponsive.
As far as I know, it has been under a sustained Denial of Service
attack for several months; each time there is a fix applied, the
denial attack uses some other technique.
Why not implement a solution to protect against DDoS attacks?
