If it's finished in time for the AOO42X release, then yes, we should. But

A beta release would be fine,as most of the critical blockers are fixed,except translation on Windows, IIRC can be bypassed by doing targeted builds on selected languages.

Missing translation affect *all* languages. This is not OS specific.
