I am not registered to the forum, but JAVA *does* work with AOO. But one needs to install the right one (x64) of course.
I always use the one from Adoptium: https://adoptium.net/temurin/releases/?os=mac&arch=x64&package=jre&version=11 Maybe that user can be corrected? Regards, Matthias
