Volunteering is the first step and this is a good task!

You have writing access to our cWiki? Please add your name to the table.

Updating the project information (doap_openoffice.rdf) is one of the
last steps, so you can monitor the process and ask questions whenever
you need to.

Moving the files to SourceForge will require an account there. Time
consuming, but possible.

As far as I know, source builds are done (and signed) by the release
manager.

Honestly, this is not for users but for committers, that have a certain
access to our infrastructure. But we need more people to be able to do
something. Every release in the last years has been done by the same
(few) people...
