Hi Dave, That is very much obsolete and the Apache CMS has been deprecated for well over a year.
The project site and OpenOffice.org are both in GitHub and using ASF Pelican: See https://github.com/apache/openoffice-project and https://github.com/apache/openoffice-org - the README.md files have instructions.
