Hi Matias, Yes, I did the number in 2015.
When I started the project (an Aranese spell checker) I tried to include the oc-es language in openoffice. In libreoffice I did something similar and included the language in the source code. Currently, in firefox and Thunderbird it is also included. https://extensions.libreoffice.org/en/extensions/show/5791 https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Language/Support https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/aranese-spell-checker/ https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/language-tools/ https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-us/thunderbird/addon/aranese-spell-checker/ https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-us/thunderbird/language-tools/ I'm still not sure what I should do. Thanks I attached the issue. -------------- Aranese (Occitan: Aranés) is a standardized form of the Pyrenean Gascon variety of the Occitan language spoken in the "Aran Valley", but it has some differences. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Occitan_language Aran Valley is the only territory in Spain where Occitan is spoken. The other Occitan speakers are in France and Italy. The development of linguistic policies in the Aran Valley is the competence of the 'Conselh Generau' [General Council] which is the valley's organ of self-government. The first orthographical rules which regulated the written fixation of Aran appeared in 1983. http://llengua.gencat.cat/web/.content/documents/occita/arxius/normes.pdf Later Catalan legislation recognised Aranese as the language of the Aran Valley and has been official in Catalonia and all official the documents when they refer to Occitan language in Spain use the term Aranese. http://www.gencat.cat/culturcat/portal/site/culturacatalana/menuitem.be2bc4cc4c5aec88f94a9710b0c0e1a0/en_GB/index2ea0.html?vgnextoid=77595c43da896210VgnVCM1000000b0c1e0aRCRD&vgnextchannel=77595c43da896210VgnVCM1000000b0c1e0aRCRD&vgnextfmt=detall2&contentid=29983c084ded7210VgnVCM1000008d0c1e0aRCRD&newLang=en_GB I think that the correct variable declaration is: "Aranese"; LANGUAGE_OCCITAN_SPAIN; makings reference to oc-ES Comment 5Marcus 2017-05-20 10:45:19 UTC Reset the assignee to the default "iss...@openoffice.apache.org". We have Occitan in the list, but that is based on oc-FR? I need to register a new language but I don't know how to do it. You would need to add code to the source. That's why we discuss it here on the mailing list. Was oc-ES already included in LibreOffice or how did you add it there? If you want an Aranese version of AOO that would be the right place, but I understand you want to publish an Aranese dictionary? Did you test the modified extension? Regards, Matthias >
