You can download OpenOffice from
http://www.openoffice.org/download/index.html  You should see three
dropdown lists where you can pick the operating system you want, which
would be *OS X (version >= 10.7) (DMG)* in your case, the language and
version 4.1.10. Then click Download Full Installation. You will be sent to
a page on SourceForge where the download will start automatically after a
few seconds. There is no need to click anything on the SourceForge page.
When you install the program, you may find that the GateKeeper causes a
problem. There are instructions for fixing that on this page:

Look for the Known Issues section near the bottom of the page.
