This one works great on my test document!
No warning on the .uno:Reload button or the odf file or inter-document
links.
I did discover a bug unrelated to this.
When I open the document I created on Linux with the hyperlinks and uno
button using the file open dialog it opens correctly using Windows 10.
When I open it again using dropdown beside the Open button in the Start
Center or File > Recent Documents I get an ASCII Filter Options dialog
and then a General Error. General input/output error and the file
doesn't open.
Also happens with a production 4.1.9 that was on this system I'm testing
on.
Can anyone on windows confirm with the file [1]?

I've tested it with Matthias' AOO 4.1.11 build on Win 10 and can confirm
the behavior for showing resp. not showing the warning dialog;
especially for the Reload-button (URL: .uno:reload).

I've installed the AOO 4.1.11_807d57542e.exe (from 2021-06-13). The file
from the above URL above was not available, so I hope this is OK.
