I had to update the English text. Therefore I've also updated the German
text a bit. ;-)
And perhaps one could take care of an adequate translation of the passage
below (excerpt from "For macOS users"):

IMHO there was no change since 4.1.8, so it's OK to use its text.
For me it's OK.
On the other hand: Did someone notice the difference?

- To make your life easier, I recommend just to copy & paste the most
text parts from the previous release notes 4.1.8 and translate only the
new things.
- Please don't create a new page as we have already one. This is also
already used to show up on the download page.
