Hello, on Saturday, 17th of October 2020 we celebrated our twa anniversaries: 20 years OpenOffice and 8 years Apache Top Level Project with a meeting of project members.
We met us in a Big-Blue-Button room.

Ancient friends visit us and new faces. So we had very interesting and
fruitful discussions about social, management and technical issues. And
about the olden days.
Early in the morning (CEST) a lady from Arizona joined our meeting - she
passed the night waking. In the afternoon (CEST) other friends from the
US joined. So it was a world wide meeting around the clock.
We used the opportunities of Big Blue Button: presented screen windows,
used the chat for sharing URLs (and for chatting) and so on. It proved
as a proper tool for our collaboration.
So we didn't celebrated the past only. The room is still available. We
talked about regular meetings in that room in the future (on Saturday
our Sunday because of the world wide community) and about "meetings on
demand".
The first on these "meetings on demand" took place on Sunday!
Please sent an e-mail, if you like to make a meeting "on demand" - the
room will be open than.
