Because of a spelling mistake? Then I can leave the project right away, because 
I cannot promise error-free spelling.

Where can I find information about this?

Please keep in mind the difference between opinion and fact, because I don't 
think there will be an explicit rule for this, so you can (as I suspect) only 
orientate yourself on discussions, which might already exist.

A problem of the ASF I absolutely cannot see in this context.

I am missing an information and I want to ask for this information.
