Can no longer log in to https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OOOUSERS/

I can no longer log into the AOO cwiki -- 
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OOOUSERS/

I can not use my existing password nor can I reset my password.
My userid = kschenk.

Has it been deleted? What should I do?
