I get two errors during configure
configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --disable-binfilter
and
configure: error: cups/cups.h could not be found. libcupsys2-dev or 
cups???-devel missing?

I tried to install libcupsys2 but got "Unable to locate package libcupsys2-dev
