Excel says you have to press x2, once for autocomplete one for moving right.


Consitsent in OpenOffice would be to accept the autocorrect as we do on
enter, but instead of moving down we move right.

What is you opinion on this? I think copy Excel is a _very_ weak
argument to do something.


Patches for this are available for review. So this one can be fixed
easily if we make an agreement on the direction we want to go.

have you seen the option "Tools - OpenOffice Calc - General - Press Enter to move selection"? Here you can choose the direction. The best whould be to make it customizable the Tab key as well.

Preferred alternative:
Move to the right is what I would expect. Thats what I understand how the Tab key should work. Also in Writer it moves the cursor to the right.

Also possible:
Move it like the Return key (default is "move down").
