Well, if we can do without an RC4 everybody will be happier! At least version number and new dictionary (both one-liners) should be included in RC3, or we'll have another RC that we can't realistically vote on.
I realize it's a nuisance to rebuild, but uploading a new RC in a few days would likely be a bigger nuisance.
