Great! My build just finished. I successfully tested the "shellext" functionality on Windows 10 64bit.
@Jim: Maybe we can integrate Dons latest expat patch in 4.1.4, so we can have a test version available from our buildbot? http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1805208 Also we could now bump the build number again.
