Is this: https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=127176 is fixed with 4.1.4? I can't test cause I don't have Windows 32-bit.

But I have made a strange observation: If I try to unpack the installation package with 7Zip does not work, but there is an error message. Obviously, this is due to the fact that 2 folders with cryptic names (e.g., "_ ユ") are created.
