you can circumvent this by

1) locating the libgcc_s.so.1 on your system

2) delete /root/Schreibtisch/aoo-4.1.3/main/solver/413/unxlngx6.pro/lib/libgcc_s.so.1

3) create a softlink instead that points to your system lib.

4) restart build with given command.
