OpenRheinRuhr
5th and 6th of November 2016 in Operhausen, Germany, Ruhr area. Very
nice location: a museum of industry. Next to a train station and very
near free (as in free beer) parking. One of the main events in Germany.

A week later:
T-Dose
T-DOSE is a free and yearly event held in The Netherlands to promote use
and development of Free Software. During this event Free Software
projects, developers and visitors can exchange ideas and knowledge. This
years event will be held at the Fontys University of Applied Science in
Eindhoven on November 12 and 13.
