Anyway it's now really public.
There is a small problem in the chart: the year separators have the
wrong value, the first one should be 2013 and the last 2016 (we are near
the end of 2016, not 2015 ;) )
It's not a problem as it's working as with every other previous year.
The year value marks a complete year. So, as soon as 2016 is not
completed, it would be shown in the chart. That's the part that comes
from the included widget JS.
Is there a foreseeable date for 4.1.4?
AFAIK there was the suggestion to do the 4.1.4 release until end of this
year. However, Ariel as Release Manager has a bigger influence on this
date. ;-)
