prefer Jira over Bugzilla. But I think it is a huge effort to switch the
tracker.)
if and when we are using Jira instead of BZ is totally unclear. So, not
necessary to keep this issue for this case. As we cannot change the
issue creation process in BZ we cannot do anything here. So, closing
this old issue is what I would do.
