I downloaded a fresh copy of AOO 4.1.2 for OSX and installed it in my user
account.
Here is the information you requested for the "libtl.dylib" file:

(2016-08-13: OSX Version 10.11.6; Hardware: Macbook Air (Late 2010))

 $ cd ~/Applications/OpenOffice.app/Contents/program/
 $ ls -l libtl.dylib
  -r--r--r--   1 band  staff    842496 Oct 21  2015 libtl.dylib

 $ shasum -a 256 libtl.dylib

 $ md5 -r libtl.dylib
