Reports on the Apache OpenOffice project are provided quarterly to the Apache Software Foundation Board. The AOO reporting quarters are Q1: January-March, Q2: April-June, Q3: July-September, and Q4: October-December. Report submission is the accountability of the AOO Project Management Committee Chair as the Apache Vice President for OpenOffice.
