Progress! anyway.

As I indicated with my other message, the svn for this is supposedly at:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/infra/infrastructure/trunk/projects/svn2bz/

but it seems to be missing an actual "svn2bz.conf". If this is
installed on ooo-wiki2-vm.apache.org, you might check if the URL to
our BZ is still valid, etc. That's all the help I can provide at the
moment.
