Look at the other areas and you'll see that the HRs come under the Build Logs headings. So this is not just a Windows anomaly. We can definitely change this. The ASF is running buildbot 0.8.9. We don't have direct access to the buldbot throught SSH. (You need to be part of infra to do that).
