I am not a windows builder, but...right now this is the output from the build failure for aoo-win7 in /main/sal/qa/osl/mutex https://ci.apache.org/projects/openoffice/buildlogs/win/main/sal/wntmsci12.pro/misc/logs/qa.osl.mutex.txt Looks like a missing or non-generated header file.
