Hello, I'm Dolores, i started to collaborate with Apache around 2 weeks ago. And i would like to ask about when should i change the status of a bug.
For the moment, i try with very easy bugs from Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue List, with status: "Unconfirmed". Then i try to reproduce the bug, if i think it is a bug, i try to find if it is duplicated in the data base, if no, i change the status... But the last bug i found it (Issue 126609 <https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=126609>), i think it was duplicated from *Issue 125894 <https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=125894>* In this last bug, we can see different users for example: - oyekani...@yahoo.com - Prakrut Bhatt <pbhatt2...@my.fit.edu> They say that they could replicate the bug, but it is still like unconfirmed. So my question is: Should the status of this bug be as confirmed or I'm changing the bug's status too fast? I'm asking this because i don't want to start to declarer bug too fast, in case i'm doing it wrong. If it is so, please tell me, so i could review and change all the things that i have done so far. :-) Thank you very much,
