All great questions! ...with no answers right at the moment. It would be great if someone could research this...really! Absolutely! I've stayed out of the "which" or "why" Java discussion so far. At this point, to me it *might* be a requirement we could do without, or, as Damjan suggested, it might be great to use more of it.
