If you have an Old English font, or can find one, download it and install it on your computer using whatever method your operating system requires (see its instructions for that). Then start OpenOffice and the font should be available to it. Note that sometimes it is best to restart the computer entirely (power off, then after a short delay power on) so that the operating system finds the font.
