Issue 123544: XFilePicker's setDisplayDirectory and setDefaultName do not work
in Windows

if one uses setDisplayDirectory() to set a directory it should work as expected
the current behaviour is not acceptable, e.g. it still works on Win XP but not
on Win 7.

btw:

FilePicker Dialog "setDisplayDirectory" ignored

seems to be a dup of this issue
