Although I can also confirm that AOO 4.1.1 appears to run fine on Windows 10, I would not put that in the system requirements until Windows 10 "ships" on July 29, even though the current Preview Build 10130 is likely very close.
I don't think there will be significat changes within a few weeks when we are already so close to the new major version.
There are two important confirmations: 1. Preservation of an already-installed Apache OpenOffice when an older Windows version configuration is upgraded. 2. Download and installation of a fresh copy of Apache OpenOffice on a (upgraded) Windows 10 configuration.
These are points that can lead *maybe* to a problem. However, I want to see them as real. So, when we have no negative things until now, then it's an absolut positive sign.
The interesting question for Apache OpenOffice 4.1.2 is to see if *signed* binaries will now install properly (and might be distributed via the Windows Store). We should have time to confirm that when 4.1.2 is distributed post Windows 10.
Sure, but first we need a 4.1.2. ;-) As always, my 2 ct. Marcus
