This was a nice feature but we need instructions.
They were sent by Rob to this list a few months ago, see

and they appear to work on the (Linux-based) system I'm using now, even
though retrieving data takes a lot of time since the scripts send many
queries to the SourceForge API.
I'll commit them as README.txt in
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/openoffice/devtools/aoo-stats/ as soon
as I can.
Note: as discussed several times on this list, replacing this with a
link to the SourceForge statistics is wrong, since the scripts do the
right thing in terms of accounting for all downloads and reducing
duplicates (SourceForge statistics are precise, but we don't want to
consider, for example, a language pack as if it was a full download).
