Well we need to do a better job with this. Despite its lack of
maintenance, this page is better than not having anything at all!

Well, edits that I would suggest (and that I won't do; but I list them
here for inspiration) are:
- Remove the section "I was invited/voted as committer, so whats next?"
since it's covered in the ASF-wide document we link to

I haven't compared it with the ASF version. But if there is nothing new
or special then, yes, remove it.

I guess we need a Jira isuse for Infra, right? Should I do it?

- Section "How to participate?" is misleading in general, for sure item
4 is wrong.

+1, seems an old part of our early days as podling.

- MediaWiki: I am an application admin (not server admin) and I'm not
listed.
- Confluence: OOODEV is dead (I hoped; unfortunately it isn't, but it's
unused and should be closed, it has nothing useful and we should not
advertise it)
- Bugzilla: Herbert is an admin and he is not listed
- Blog: I am an author and I am not listed
- Mailing lists: I would definitely advertise the -owner address only,
since moderators can change often (but I have no idea if we can easily
find out moderators' names... so maybe it's useful to list them in the
end); Simon Phipps is surely missing from the users list moderators.

The data is obviously out of date. But IMHO it is worth to get it
up-to-date again.

So, let's collect some more facts and update it.

Example: Webmaster tasks

Webpages can be edited by everyone who has the commit bit. So, it could
be added as new list item with referring to the dev@ mailing list for
the case of questions or simply for corrections.
