This was removed with revision 1543067 https://svn.apache.org/viewvc/openoffice/trunk/main/configure.in?r1=1543067&r2=1543066&pathrev=1543067&diff_format=h You can simply ignore this waring, the default on Windows is to use the system STL implementation.
