I looked around the French Language wiki documentation for Calc functions a little more and I could not find any other pages that served up as badly as the TEST.Z one. For example, here is the response for <https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/FR/Calc:_fonction_TEXTE>:

I suspect that this is a compression problem.
