Seeing the message, below, I went directly to <http://people.apache.org/~nick/NickTemplateACEU14.odp> from the e-mail note in my e-mail reader (Outlook desktop).
When I indicated that I wanted to open the file directly, I was warned about the absence of any digital signature on the AOO 4.1.1 executable. This is in Windows 8.1 Pro x64 using Internet Explorer 11. If I download the file instead, I can launch it without trouble, so this is not a major issue. It does give one pause. It seems to be a weird case. - Dennis -----Original Message----- From: Andrea Pescetti [mailto:pesce...@apache.org] Sent: Monday, November 10, 2014 15:27 To: dev@openoffice.apache.org Cc: ComDev Subject: Re: OpenOffice folks: ApacheCon template? CCing the dev@community list again to say that Nick Burch provided a nicer (and smaller) template at http://people.apache.org/~nick/NickTemplateACEU14.odp (Nick, thank you and you can upload it to http://templates.openoffice.org/ too!)
