Most probably you have installed the PDF editing extension, which allows minor editing of PDF files in OpenOffice Draw, and which may have taken possession of PDF file. To cure this, exit OpenOffice. Right click on a PDF file and select "Open With" from the popup. This should present you with a list of options. Most probably (especially if you are using Windows) you should choose "Adobe Reader". Somewhere on this list, probably at the bottom, is a checkbox (or something) to tell it to "Always use this program to open these files". Check that. You should then have no further problems. I'm sorry to be vague about the dialogs involved, but I have no knowledge of your exact operating system and hence cannot check the exact wording; however the above instructions should help you. -- Rory O'Farrell <ofarr...@iol.ie> --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: dev-unsubscr...@openoffice.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: dev-h...@openoffice.apache.org
