Probably you don't need any special permission for this, since it is
already covered by
http://www.apache.org/foundation/marks/faq/#insidebook ("Apache Foo", of
course, is "Apache OpenOffice" in your case).
The permission only covers Apache OpenOffice. It is unlikely that the
Zotero has specific requirements in itself, but you may want to check
with the extension providers.
