OK. I do this as well every time. However, I did not get an error
message about the duplicate id. Nor did any of the changes I made cause
breaks in my linux build or the buildbot linux builds, so this is why
I'm asking.

All the builds use category b, and none use system supplied libraries in
the configuration near as I can see, so this is a great mystery to me.

I will try adding --verbose but still, none of the Linux builds failed
on this. :/

Thanks again. I need more tools.
