I do not have a 64-bit system, so I might be totally wrong, but the building guide
https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/Building_Guide_AOO/Building_on_Windows#Setting_up_Cygwin

says
"Go to http://www.cygwin.com/ and download and install the current 32bit version."
but your Cygwin seems to be a 64-bit version? For me uname -m is i686.
