open conversation about promotional materials. If you need any further
details, just ask. We even have a button design ready, with an order
link (even though this is in the US, so maybe a more convenient one can

In general, we do have funding available for promotional materials and
the procedure is not so complex. After all, what's needed is a budget
request for promotional material here (including what you need -design-,
why -the event- and a budget).
