the problem was that "pt-PT" was used to create the download links. But
it has to be just "pt". I've fixed this now.
Please try again (after clearing the browser cache or reload with
pressed [Shift] key).

- Which platform and version was selected?
- Which browser do you use?
- Do you get any error messages from borwser or OS?
