No need to discuss it. The Mac OS X C++ extensions compatibility is clearly something that must be added to the 4.1 Release Notes.
The "Known Issues" are our way to tell users about changes that confused other users. We have already added items to the "Known Issues" in the past and we can do so for 4.1 too.
