I can confirm Regina's observation:
- Windows 7 in a VM with AOO 4.0.1 en-US + de languague pack
--> AOO 4.1.0 rc3 en-US installed, but AOO 4.1.0 rc3 language pack de
(or es) can not be installed.
The same upgrade works fine for AOO 4.0.0 en-US + de to AOO 4.0.1 en-US + de
- Windows 7 in a VM without any AOO installation
--> AOO 4.1.0 rc3 en-US installed, but AOO 4.1.0 rc3 language pack de
can not be installed.
It looks like as if the language pack conflicts with the full
installation package on Windows.
