I've now added a huge "DO NOT LINK TO THIS PAGE - THIS IS A DRAFT CURRENTLY BEING DISCUSSED" warning to the page. As discussed elsewhere, my opinion after several discussions is that we can advertise dev builds, provided we do it properly.
