It might make sense, but I think in this case we can name

release will be) and it should be introduced right after our 4.1.0
release, when a corresponding issue comes to life.

I also think that we can name the things directly.
For issues that should be fixed/resolved in the mid-term future, we can
use the already existing "AOO Later".
strong -1 from my side for using 'AOO Later'.
my arguments are:
- There are already more than 1800 issue having this 'Target Milestone'.
- 'AOO Later' sounds like 'never' - just my experience from former days
when we had 'OOo Later' as 'Target Milestone'.
