The right place to ask this question would be on  infrastruct...@apache.org,
that ML is read by the people doing the job. But Kay is right x-mas is
making the normal workflow slower.

I did note you marked the issue as "major", this is something normally only
used for services being unavailable. This issue is more a wish or task.
Patience is a virtue when dealing with infra, we have at the moment 85 open
issues, and the staff is only a couple of people (main bulk, like myself
are volunteers), so things take a bit of time.

It would be good it you add a comment with the footer you want, that way
you avoid another waiting loop, asking you for the content.
