Of course. OpenOffice has always participated in ApacheCon, see archives (I think videos from 2013 were recently posted by Don to this list).
Being in europe, I dont have the option to participate, but I like the challenge of filling a whole day with AOO, mixing developer and end user themes.
The schedule is not fully defined yet, but I hope there will be both an ApacheCon US and an ApacheCon EU in 2014 and I think we will have a stronger presence at the EU event for obvious reasons (more people in Europe).
