Jean-Phillipe, Removal of earlier revisions of the ia2 branch may have corrupted the MSAA libraries.
Have you unregistered UAccCOM.dll with a regsvr32.exe /U command, and have you tried re-registering the oleacc.dll and oleaut32.dll?
